PCB / FPC Fabrication
Partnered with leading domestic PCB manufacturers, we support rigid, flexible, and rigid-flex boards across all categories — from rapid prototyping to high-volume production, with controlled lead times and yield rates.
SMT Assembly & PCBA
Capable of assembling complex packages including BGA and QFN, as well as rigid-flex boards. We provide process evaluation and quality communication for challenging components, ensuring consistency between prototype and mass production.
AOI Quality Inspection
Standardized in-house AOI defect classification SOP with clear Zone C/D acceptance criteria, eliminating batch inconsistencies from ambiguous standards. All inspection data is retained and traceable.
ERP Digital Management
Our proprietary ERP system covers the full workflow: BOM management, purchase orders, supplier evaluation, and import/export documentation. We support both customer-supplied and procurement-on-behalf models, with unified inventory management and monthly component custody reports for production clients.
Packaging & Export
Standardized packaging SOPs ensure products arrive safely. Our ERP auto-generates Commercial Invoices, supporting DDP, DHL, sea freight, and other export modes with full shipment tracking.
